 Overview
Each system is based on multiple counting wheels with individual drives and controls. Each wheel is dedicated to a single bottle. A sensor controls the wheel rotation and tablet count, and each wheel works independently. Therefore, the counting wheel will not rotate if a bottle is not in place thus avoiding product waste and clean-up time. All counts can be set electronically from 1 dose to 5,000 doses per bottle.
Counting wheels are made from aluminum with special Nituff® hard coating. Cavities in the wheel are made according to the product shape and one cavity design may accommodate several products.

Tool Carts are specifically designed for the Bottling Line's change tooling. These stainless steel carts provide easy loading of the wheels, wheel spacer assemblies, funnels, lead screws, horizontal brush, and diverter screw. The entire cart is effortlessly transportable with 5 heavy duty swivel casters. Another way Aylward makes product changeovers more convenient and faster!
Storage Cases
During those product changeovers, you'll need storage capabilities.
That is why we offer a storage case designed to hold 15 counting wheels, 2 horizontal brushes, funnels, and drawers for additional storage. They are also easily moveable!
Reject Table
The reject turntable is an additional feature offered with Aylward Bottle Fillers. Instead of simply casting aside rejected bottles, they are delivered to this turntable for further inspection and processing. This allows you the user to troubleshoot empty bottles, partially filled bottles, etc.
Quality Control (QC) Bottle Sampling Table
The QC Sampling Table gives you the option and control to sample a full batch of filled bottles for miscounts foreign tablets, etc. Therefore, providing you with QC data you need to accurately sample your production runs.
Product Elevator
Aylward now offers Product Elevators for easy integration with your hopper - electrically and mechanically. Designed with moveable casters with brakes, it eliminates the need for line operators to climb up unstable stairs to deliver product to your machine.
