With hundreds of Aylward feed and bottle filling systems at customer locations throughout the world, Aylward recognized the need to create a fully staffed service and support department to meet the needs of our customers.  CTS is staffed with mechanical and electrical technicians, as well as controls engineers to provide first class service and support to our customers.  CTS was formed in 2007 and is under the direction of Jim White.  Jim has been with Aylward for 14 years and provides a wealth of knowledge to lead our support organization.  Our CTS department is available 365 days a year.  A CTS representative can be reached 24 hours a day 7 days a week by calling our Support Hotline @ 800-224-7063.
